These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aitherasluxurysuites.com website (the "Website") and the ShopBnB application integrated therein (the "App"), both operated by Aitheras Luxury Suites (collectively, the "Service").

3. Use of the Service

4. Booking and Listing

  • The App allows users to book listings for luxury suites offered by Aitheras Luxury Suites.
  • Listings will include descriptions, rates, availability, and cancellation policies.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing all listing information before booking.
  • Aitheras Luxury Suites reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion.

5. User Content

  • Users may submit reviews and other content to the App.
  • You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Aitheras Luxury Suites a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the content you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service contains intellectual property owned by Aitheras Luxury Suites, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal use only.
